By accessing or using the Vynex platform (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and our AML Policy.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.

To use Vynex, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction).
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
• Not be located in a country or territory subject to comprehensive sanctions or where cryptocurrency trading is prohibited.
• Complete the required Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process.

When you create an account on Vynex, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information.
• Maintain the security of your password and enable two-factor authentication (2FA).
• Not share your account credentials with any third party.
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
• Immediately notify Vynex of any unauthorized access or breach of security.

Vynex provides the following services (subject to availability in your region):

Services may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at our discretion. We will provide reasonable notice before any material changes.

You agree not to engage in the following activities:

• Money laundering, terrorist financing, or any illegal financial activities.
• Market manipulation, wash trading, spoofing, or front-running.
• Using the Platform on behalf of sanctioned individuals or entities.
• Attempting to exploit, hack, or reverse-engineer the Platform.
• Creating multiple accounts or impersonating another person.
• Using bots or automated tools without prior authorization from Vynex.

Vynex charges fees for certain services including but not limited to:

• Trading Fees: A percentage-based fee applied to each completed trade (maker/taker model).
• Withdrawal Fees: Network fees plus a small processing fee, varying by cryptocurrency.
• Staking Fees: A percentage of staking rewards as a platform service fee.

All applicable fees are displayed before you confirm a transaction. We reserve the right to adjust fees with prior notice.

By using Vynex, you acknowledge that:

• Past performance is not indicative of future results.
• You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.
• You should only trade with funds you can afford to lose.
• Regulatory changes may affect the availability of services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vynex shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of data or digital assets due to circumstances beyond our control.
• Service interruptions, delays, or downtime.
• Unauthorized access resulting from your failure to secure your credentials.

All content on the Vynex platform — including logos, trademarks, text, graphics, software, and design — is the exclusive property of Vynex or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written consent from Vynex.

Either party may terminate the account relationship at any time:

• You may close your account at any time by contacting support, after withdrawing any remaining funds.
• Vynex may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, suspicious activity, regulatory requirements, or prolonged inactivity.

Upon termination, any remaining balance (net of applicable fees) will be returned to you through available withdrawal channels, subject to applicable legal holds.
